the keys are missing because i have discovered that i have to short circuit it to get it to start. its a very picky little thing but once i figured that that out its been pretty fun to play with.

This is a very rough sketch of a peice that i have starting thinking about. i dont want to say much about other then the final piece will be an hour long and i will try to smooth out the digital distortion. I am not sure which track that is coming from or why its coming.

Mixdown #1 from Friday samples

So I didnt save all the samples I made while performing last Friday (jan 16 2009), which was something I went “Doh!” as soon as I hit erase to being the second peice. What I did save I have decided to mix down, possibly multiple times. I would like to see if coming back to the few samples I did save over the course of a week or so, if I can construct a few different and interesting pieces. Had you heard this live, there was also plenty of noise being made that was not captured or processed by the laptop. In a future post I will detail the setup. For now:
